Step 1 - Initial consultation

Understand the client’s wants, vision, style preferences, specific requirements, and budget with a questionnaire and meeting.

Step 2 - Concept Development

Develop a design concept that aligns with the client’s vision. Create mood boards, color schemes, and preliminary sketches. The designer presents these concepts to the client for feedback and refinement.

Step 4 - Procurement

Order all the necessary materials, furniture and decor. The designer handles the purchasing of the items, coordinating with suppliers and vendors. This phase also includes scheduling deliveries so everything arrives on time.

Step 5 - Installation

The designer coordinates with contractors, painters, electricians, and other tradespeople to complete the renovation.

Step 6 - Styling

The designer arranges furniture, decor and accessories to ensure the space looks cohesive and polished.

Step 7 - Final Walkthrough

The designer walks through the finished space with the client to review all aspects of the project.

Step 8 - Project Closeout

The designer provides the client with a project book including design plans, warranties, and care instructions for materials and furniture.

Step 3 - Design Development

Select the materials, finishes, furniture, and decor, and create 3D renderings of the design concept into a detailed floor plan.
